SUPER SMASH BROTHERS ULTIMATE ESPORTS TEAM
Wisconsin Connections Academy is a member of the Wisconsin High School Esports Association (WIHSEA). The fall season game is Super Smash Bros Ultimate, played on the Nintendo Switch.

The WCA Varsity Team has five returning players. Last year’s team advanced to the WIHSEA State Championship, and they are working hard to make a return appearance.
​
The WCA Esports Program has seen increased interest from last year. As a result, the WCA Junior Varsity (JV) Team has been added. The JV group consists of six new members to the WCA Smash Brothers Esports.

The varsity team finished their regular 2022-23 season as the only undefeated team in Division 4 plus their conferece (Bowser Conference) and is Seeded #1 in the Bowser Conference for Playoffs

The varsity team competed on December 10th, 2022 down at Madison Area Technical College at tthe WIHSEA Smash Chamipionship. They won both their semi-final and final and became the State D4 Smash Champions! They remained undefeated with a record of 12-0 this season!
