FAMILY ENGAGEMENT SURVEY RESULTS
Based on these results. we will be focusing on students' sense of belonging and school community within WCA. In light of this goal, you may have noticed our push for site-based clubs, student highlights, and a few other things we have planned this year. Our goal is to engage students and make them feel as though they are truly part of the school and the WCA community. If you have ideas about how to focus in and improve, please contact the school principal, Mrs. Mueller. She welcomes your input.
As part of our continuous improvement model, we involve parents and staff in engagement surveys. The surveys are designed to help us identify strengths and areas of improvement in our programs and processes. Thank you to those who participated in the survey process last spring. We appreciate you taking time to offer us your input as we do use it to continuously evolve. The chart below shows the score given (on a 5-point scale with 5 being high) of our highest and lowest items.
