NEED TO KNOW:
INTENT TO RETURN: Enrolled families need to indicate their plans for next school year by completing the "Intent to Return" Dataview in the Pearson Online Classroom (Connexus). Please click the following link for more information on filling out the Intent to Return: ITR INSTRUCTIONS
NO EXTENSION FOR 2ND SEMESTER: There is no extension period for second semester. June 2 is the last day for WCA students and WCA teachers. Click HERE for a list of deadlines for the submission of all work.
SPRING STATE TESTING: State testing letters have been mailed. Please look for the colored paper for the information about your student's requirements. You can also access more information about the testing description HERE and a list of the testing dates/locations HERE.
EDUCATIONAL APPS: As a parent, you may sometimes struggle to keep learning lively and exciting outside of the virtual classroom—and most kids aren’t thrilled about the idea of extra practice for school. Click the following link to learn more about some educational apps: EDUCATIONAL APPS

WCA OFFERS 4K: WCA does offer a 4K program. To learn more, click on the following link: WCA 4K PROGRAM
OPEN ENROLLMENT: Do you know someone interesting in enrolling at WCA for the 2023-24 school year? Learn more about the open enrollment window here: OPEN ENROLLMENT
OPEN ENROLLMENT INFO SESSIONS: WCA will be hosting Open Enrollment Information Sessions during the months of January through April. Staff from WCA will be present at these meetings to discuss schooling in a virtual format, review the standards-based curriculum, look at the school’s on-line learning system, and answer questions. If you know someone interested in attending WCA, please encourage them to attend a session. The current list of sessions can be found here: INFO SESSIONS
MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT: At the beginning of the school year, you were informed that Free and Reduced Lunch (FARM) forms were available for you to fill out. For those who qualified for free and reduced lunches, you may also be eligible for reimbursement for mileage for state testing. You will need to do this directly with Department of Public Instruction (DPI). For more information you can call DPI at 888-245-2732 extension 6.
SITE-BASED CLUBS: WCA is now offering site-based clubs, available only to WCA students. To learn more about the club offerings - check out the club page: CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES
