STAFF SHOUTOUT

MRS. GIESE

Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Giese recently won the shooting star award. Every month, the last staff member awarded must choose the next month's award winner. Read below the reasons Mrs. Giese is the shooting star for March 2023:

There are so many people in this building who are making the difference and I wish I could identify everything everyone has done. There is one particular person that makes a difference for me daily. When I interviewed for this position, we talked about the support that was here and how Winter is such an important asset to the building. I remember commenting that I would probably be yelling out my door for her help, and that is 100% the truth.

There is so much that she does for WCA that we all can see and then there are things that she does just for the people. Winter has come to my rescue to create a mail merge (or mail marriage as some people have heard) for FTPs and Academic Probation. There are times when I have ideas of what kind of information I need and Winter brainstorms a way it can be done.

There is absolutely no way that WCA would be the same without her. I think that so many people would agree you are definitely "Making the Difference".
